1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited into such an account will be returned to the depositing payment method, less any bonuses claimed, and the account will be permanently closed.
2. You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by hd77. You undertake to maintain and update this information so that it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on hd77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If hd77 identifies duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, all accounts other than the first registered account will be suspended, all funds held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the individual may be permanently banned from the platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hd77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. hd77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

hd77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. hd77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the hd77 cashier at the time of deposit. These limits are subject to change at hd77's discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. hd77 processes approved withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. hd77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and game stakes on hd77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hd77 does not hold or process account funds in any foreign currency for Pakistani users.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hd77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to users. All bonuses and promotions offered by hd77 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the minimum registration requirements and, where applicable, identity verification.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on hd77:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hd77 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of a bet after it has been accepted, except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hd77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on hd77, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using hd77 for any money laundering or terrorist financing purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit hd77's systems.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the hd77 platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of such errors are not withdrawable and will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension & Closure

hd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder has not logged into the account for an extended period and the account is considered dormant in accordance with our dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, all funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their last known payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification.
